Inc. was founded January 1990 by Rex Rankin,III, Sandy Shelton & Jo
Hunter. The agency's foundation then and now is to provide friendly and
professional service for all customers. This has been accomplished with
a dedicated, efficient and experienced staff. We now have two locations
to serve you, Decatur and Moulton.
